You’ll complete the program as a trusted professional, ready for broader responsibility, stretch roles, or specialist pathways aligned with business needs.
01 WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as certification, consultancy, inspection, logistics, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions
– Support day-to-day operational and project activities
– Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work
– Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values
– Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices

– Willingness to work in a global, international environment, includes travel and overseas assignments
