Job description

This is an opportunity to lead people, drive operational performance and build strong customer relationships within our Heysham operations.

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Client Focal Point to support the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of our base operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Business Manager, you’ll lead by example, develop your team and ensure we consistently deliver against customer expectations.

 

What you’ll be doing:

·         Working closely with the Operations Manager and Business Manager to support budget delivery across revenue and expenditure

·         Promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with company procedures and HSEQ requirements

·         Attending daily client meetings and translating requirements into clear operational work plans

·         Ensuring team members are fully trained, competent and supported to perform effectively

·         Embedding activity-based KPIs, capturing billable movements and using performance data to drive improvement

·         Building strong customer relationships through regular engagement and operational performance reviews

·         Working with the Operations Manager to maintain existing business and support new business opportunities

·         Ensuring the effective close-out of CID documents and Incident Reports
