We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Peterson Projects department at Peterson. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Your primary duties will include managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a proven track record in account management.
Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify new business opportunities and upsell services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Track account metrics and prepare reports for management

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Food Science, or related field
5-8 years of experience within the same or similar field
Proof of US citizenship or Applicable Working Visa
Willingness to travel 30% of the time or as required for client meetings and industry meetings
Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the food & beverage sector
