Job description
We are hiring a talented and driven Business Analyst – Textiles to join our team, which is dedicated to advancing sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and optimizing global supply chains within the textile sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the beginning stages of their careers who possess strong analytical abilities and a deep passion for sustainable development and international cooperation. The position is for the duration of 12 months.
As a Business Analyst in the textile industry, you will play a critical role in supporting cross-functional teams, including commercial, consulting, and strategic units. Your work will involve conducting comprehensive market research, performing ESG analysis, providing valuable client insights, and contributing to various business development initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends, tracking regulatory changes, and developing tools and resources to enhance client engagement throughout the global textile value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze sustainability performance and ESG maturity for clients;
· Research textile sector trends, regulations (e.g., CSRD, CBAM), and market dynamics;
· Provide insights to help identify new commercial opportunities;
· Support internal training and development of sector-specific tools and materials;
· Track performance using Power BI and prepare monthly/quarterly reports;
· Coordinate across global teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Textile Management, or related field;
· 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sustainability consulting, or textile-related sectors;
· Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data interpretation;
· Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability legislation;
· Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills;
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
· Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with textile quality standards and compliance regulations;
Experience with CRM platforms or AI-powered analytics tools;
Willingness to travel for work-related purposes (up to 15% of the time).
